Meet your instructor, Tamara Monroe
Tamara is Licensed Behavior Specialist and a CYT-200.( She is currently finishing up her 500 hour yoga teacher certification.) She specializes is yin, restorative, hatha, yoga nidra, sports, and vinyasa flow styles of yoga. She has been practicing yoga for over 18 years.
